Chinburg Properties has been committed to building Energy Star Certified Homes since 2004. In 2016, we won our first Energy Star Partner of the Year Award. In 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and in 2021 we won again. Since it is our sixth consecutive year to win the award, we are now recognized in the Sustained Excellence Category for continuing the quality and commitment to Energy Star Homes for the 4th year, one of 12 builders nationally to receive this award.

 

The highest honor among ENERGY STAR Awards is the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year- Sustained Excellence Award. The EPA presents the Sustained Excellence Award to partners that have already received ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year recognition for a minimum of two consecutive years and have gone above and beyond the criteria needed to qualify for recognition.

 

Other recipients of this national award include LG, Corning, Hanes Brands, Staples, Raytheon, Kohl’s, Colgate-Palmolive and Canon.
