Floor Plans

We bring you residential communities with people and the planet in mind. The Chinburg commitment to quality extends beyond building distinctive homes that people love to live in. Progressive in our development philosophy and innovative in the use of building technologies, the Chinburg team constantly seeks creative approaches to zoning and land use. Each community is carefully planned to preserve open space. The goal: To respect a landscape’s natural amenities while minimizing the impact on the area’s natural resources.
